What a joke, low-quality, overpriced items. I supported the Bionic Bird (Metafly) and it didn’t function at all. The customer service was unhelpful and downright rude. Just a waste of cash.

The support team is truly exceptional. They are polite, professional, and super efficient. I purchased a Bionic Bird for my nephew and contacted their customer service for help. Incredibly great

The bird's tech is truly impressive, but its super light weight can make it tricky to handle, even with just a little breeze. I spent some time getting it balanced right for a straight flight, as it kept wanting to spin around, which made control tougher. It's a fantastic product, but be sure to practice in a spacious area with no wind, especially when you're just starting to learn how to fly it.

The Bionic bird is truly one of the coolest things ever! Once you get the egg charged up, you're set for over 30 minutes of flight time since it lets you recharge it a dozen times (at least mine does). It's a blast! Super easy to use! Plus, it only takes about 10 minutes to charge from the egg! Seriously, it's amazing! The Bionic bird is really safe to operate, and it wows everyone who sees it in action! You gotta have this! I received it as a birthday present, and I’m totally smitten! It’s perfect for all ages, whether you’re young or just young at heart! I went for the deluxe package and added the egg along with an extra set of wings and tail, and it showed up in the mail way quicker than I thought! GREAT SERVICE, by the way! I’d love to see a larger version of it too!! XD

This rc bird is truly a joy to operate. It takes a bit of time to get the hang of it, but once you practice, you can maneuver it with great precision. It even resembles and behaves like a real bird!

Awesome little gadget, super entertaining. Sadly, our neighborhood kookaburra took a liking to it, snatched it right out of the air and zoomed off into the gum trees. After a lengthy pursuit and a bunch of rocks tossed, it finally let go of the robotic bird. A bit of wear and tear, but nothing that can't be mended.

I recently bought this item and overall, I'm pretty happy with it. The quality is solid and it works as expected. However, I did run into a couple of small hiccups. Shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would, and the instructions could've been clearer. But hey, once I figured it out, it was smooth sailing. I'd recommend it to others, just be prepared for a few bumps along the way.
